Sushie was born from a simple obsession: sushi should be fresh, fast and fun — never fussy. Our chefs trained in Osaka and Kyoto, our fish lands daily from the Atlantic and Mediterranean, and our rice is brushed with a vinegar blend we've spent years perfecting.
